Hypnosis Therapy

In hypnosis therapy we work with trance states and with the ability of internal perception and imagination. Research suggests that in many ways the unconscious does not differentiate between vividly imagined and actually experienced situations, at least with regard to the effect of these imaginations. So, the effect-related work with the unconscious is the focus of hypnosis.

Hypno-Breathing

Hyno-Breathing is a method I developed in which breathing techniques from yoga and other schools are combined with energetic-emotional techniques from hypnosis therapy.

Yoga Therapy

Breathing and concentration techniques from yoga can have amazing therapeutic effects. Among other mental attributes, self-observation skills, the ability to perceive energy and the ability to regulate thoughts are strengthened.

 

My Approach

The therapeutic approaches of hypnosis, hypno-breathing and yoga therapy work with trance, a "going inside" of our mind, and this has been used for healing purposes for several thousand years.

Trance is a natural, and often occurring, relaxed state of mind. For example, we go through this state every time we wake up or fall asleep. It is a state of focused relaxation, an inwardly directed alertness through mental relaxation.

Hypnosis is the ability to work with inner perception, emotion and imagination. The unconscious does not differentiate between vividly imagined and actually experienced situations. For example, a person suffering from a spider phobia starts to sweat at the very idea of encountering a spider. Thus, the effect-related work with the unconscious is the focus of hypnosis. This work, in turn, can vary depending on the hypnosis style, school and case.

Hypnosis works with emotions using our imagination. It is a powerful tool with which it is possible to solve problems by reconditioning our emotional memory.

By means of induction, a trance state is brought about, in which we get access to the expanded abilities of our unconscious and can stimulate solutions.

I mainly use a straightforward hypnosis style. However, this can vary depending on the case and age. Sometimes dream journeys with integrated metaphors are more suitable for younger clients.
