I have provided some background music for you to listen to. I recommend downloading the background music before you start the session and then playing it locally using a music player. However, you can also conduct the session without music or with your own music. The important thing is that LEO understands you and that you understand LEO.

Important: HypnoAI® is an aid — a tool — an interactive hybrid between an audio recording and a human coach. The actual work — thinking, feeling, making decisions, etc. — is still done by you. “Leo” does not make decisions for you and does not replace human assistance. However, it is a very useful tool for change. It has no access to your personal data and only knows what you tell it – and only during the respective session. This is not necessary for the successful application of the method.
