Preparatory techniques at the beginning of the workshop connect the participants to their bodies and positive emotional resources. 

Afterwards we find our optimal position and start with the breathwork process. Immersive music and sound effects will accompany the participants while the facilitator leads them through the process. 

Hypnotic suggestions complete the journey. I suggest you use your headphones for full immersion.
